Acceptable use policy

Last updated

The short version: send real users doing real things, and describe offers honestly. Everything below follows from that.

Traffic that is never acceptable

  • Bots, emulators, click farms, or any automation of offer completion.
  • Proxy, VPN or datacentre traffic presented as residential.
  • Incentivising a user to misrepresent who they are — false ages, false locations, fabricated survey answers.
  • Multiple accounts operated by one person to convert the same offer.
  • Adware, toolbars, forced installs, or anything that opens an offer without a deliberate user action.
  • Traffic from users under the age required by the offer or the jurisdiction.

Placements that are never acceptable

  • Sites or apps whose primary content is adult material, hate speech, illegal goods or services, or the facilitation of any of these.
  • Placements that misrepresent the reward, hide the requirements, or imply a payout the offer does not make.
  • Auto-clicking, cloaking, or triggering a click URL without user intent.

Offers that are never acceptable

  • Anything unlawful in a targeted country.
  • Malware, deceptive downloads, or subscription traps whose terms are not disclosed before the user commits.
  • Requirements that cannot in fact be completed, or that differ materially from the stated instructions.
  • Collecting payment card or banking details under a false pretext.

How this is enforced

Automated scoring flags suspicious conversions in real time; staff review flags and complaints. Depending on severity we will reverse individual conversions, block a placement, suspend an account, or withhold a payout pending investigation. We will always tell you which rule was triggered and what the evidence was — an unexplained rejection is not useful to anybody.

Reporting a breach

If you see an offer misrepresented, a placement abusing the wall, or traffic that should not be there, tell us at [email protected]. Include a click ID or an offer ID and we can act the same day.
